How can we elevate the draining, exhausting emotional states that we are all experiencing?

 

We’ve been facing hard challenges. We had no idea how difficult, let alone for how long we’d be grappling with these challenges, and we now face a third year with no end in sight. Where is the exit sign?!! Overwhelmed, stressed, difficulty focusing, anxious, worried, exhausted, are some of the words I hear over and over as people describe how they are feeling. How do we restore our vitality?  What empowers us to have the focus, vision, energy, and inspiration we need to deal with these challenges?  One of the advantages of reaction management and relationship intelligence skills is that they help us elevate our internal, emotional operating states. 

What does it look like, feel like, when we know how to address and elevate the draining, exhausting emotional states that we are all experiencing? What’s possible when we apply the skills that rejuvenate us?
