What could you bring to the world that you didn't realize you were capable of?

Our brains are capable of so much more than we realize. There are findings in neuroscience that tell us how the brain can change and function in new ways. This gives us important information about our development; that we can displace old, familiar patterns that have us getting in our own way with new vital patterns that lead to more effective behavior and better outcomes in our lives. For example, gaining the ability to be able to listen more empathetically because we’ve seen the light about how judgmental we’ve been and how this shuts down people, possibilities, and win/win outcomes; or deepening the capacity to pause, and free ourselves from the judgments of others and the internal critical voice that has kept us from feeling a sense of our own worth and value; or how as a leader, our presence, our behavior and the quality of how we impact those we lead determines how valued people feel, how much meaning and satisfaction people experience.

We can be better to ourselves and others and we can do better for ourselves and others – our leadership, presence and impact can evolve! This and so much more are the rewards that come from leaning into what our considerable potential makes possible. There are bright stars within us worth reaching for!

Let’s discover what we can bring to the world that we didn’t realize we were capable of.
