Grace and Inspiring Leadership

In a recent HBR post a survey was mentioned in which “almost all respondents said they want to work for a leader who inspires them.” Would it surprise you to know that out of 5,600 respondents, only 36% said they actually do. Do your people experience you as an inspiring leader?
